Sarah Wrenn-Weaver

Dr. Sarah Wrenn-Weaver is an experienced development director, community organizer and educator who brings holistic business solutions and a strong commitment to the performing arts and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work. With over two decades of experience in fundraising, strategic development, and delivering comprehensive resources to organizations she brings a wealth of expertise to serve communities both locally and globally.
During her years as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, she worked closely with non profit organizations to bring effective health and wellness educations to global communities and she coordinated annual grantmaking and fundraising initiatives to support the arts and community-driven causes.
At the Espanola Advanced Center for Healing and 3HO International, where she served as CEO, she served community safety and inclusion through workflow optimizations and key policy initiatives. Throughout her business journey, she has developed technical programming, strategic plans, and initiatives that make a positive impact on the world, particularly in health, arts and inclusion work.
She graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor's of Science in Theater and acted in off Broadway productions in Chicago and has a life long love of theatre and the performing arts. Her greatest passion lies in mentoring individuals and leading teams to identify the core of challenges, maintain positivity through adversity, and co-create holistic redirections that propel organizations towards new and successful directions.
She lives on Tewa land in Santa Fe, New Mexico with her husband, son and their many animals.
